Steglitz & Schloßstraße
If a shop is handing over the goods, ask for the reference number, package count and collection access. The shop address and loading point may differ.

FURNITURE FOR THE SOUTHWEST
Between Schloßstraße and the garden path.
Steglitz’s shopping street, Lichterfelde’s residential areas and Dahlem’s houses create different collection requirements. We distinguish the collection desk, loading point and final route into your room.
Lichterfelde & Dahlem
For an entrance behind a front garden, path width and steps matter. A short video walkthrough shows more than a single photo of the façade.
Zehlendorf, Schlachtensee & Wannsee
For deliveries in western localities, we record the full address and intended floor. Mention any longer outdoor route explicitly.

EXAMPLES, NOT CUSTOMER STORIES
What a job might look like.
Flat-pack furniture from Schloßstraße
Several packages are reserved for collection. Send the collection reference, pickup point and longest package size; handover in Lichterfelde is arranged.
Reading armchair for Zehlendorf
A privately bought armchair is going upstairs. Compare its widest dimension with the front door and stairs and arrange carrying help before transport.
From the collection slip to the garden gate
For packaged furniture, confirm the number and size of every package. A long worktop or tabletop may need a different carrying plan from several compact boxes. At the destination, check the gate and outside stairs first, then the hallway and room door.

FOR YOUR PLANNING
Questions in Steglitz-Zehlendorf.
What do I need for furniture collection on Schloßstraße?
Send the exact retailer, collection confirmation, package dimensions and retailer’s collection point. Scheduling follows when the goods are ready.
Is Schlachtensee included in requests for Steglitz-Zehlendorf?
Yes. Schlachtensee is a separate locality in this borough. The full street address and postcode are still required for planning.
Should I also show the front garden of a house in Dahlem?
Yes, if the carrying route goes through it. The gate opening, ground surface, steps and changes of direction help us assess a bulky item.
