Tell us the store, number of packages, longest package and your collection slot. The carrying help will be agreed to suit your delivery.
Assembly is not automatically included. Any collection of old furniture must be assessed separately.
Wait for the collection notification. According to IKEA’s guidance, an authorised person needs the order confirmation, signed authorisation and their own official photo ID. The selected collection slot must be respected.
