You arrange purchase, payment and handover with the seller. We plan transport of your used furniture using the details at both addresses.

- Get confirmation of the collection floor and actual entrance.
- Clarify whether the furniture is ready assembled, packaged or already dismantled.
- Ask explicitly who will help carry at the seller’s and whether the lift is suitable.

Dismantled, packed or in one piece?
Ask the seller for current photos and a list of all parts. Keep loose screws, shelves and keys together. Clarify existing damage directly with the seller.
A seller who only opens the door is not confirmed carrying help. State who will actually help at both addresses. If unsure, choose E.
We do not buy or pay for goods on your behalf. An appointment with a seller is not a transport confirmation. Additional waiting time, stops or dismantling must be discussed in advance. A piano, safe, very heavy machinery or an external lift always requires an individual assessment. You are still welcome to submit an enquiry.
Your collection questions.
Do you buy the furniture from the seller for me?
No. You arrange the purchase contract, payment, condition and handover directly with the seller. Your request concerns transport.
What happens if the seller has only a short time available?
Give the confirmed collection window in your request. We check whether coordination is possible. Do not book a fixed collection based on the form alone.
Which details from the advert help?
Product type, overall dimensions and current photos help. Add postcode, floor, access and carrying help at the seller’s; listings often omit these details.
